This bottled water company has vomited every type of green message without thinking it through. This "ad" is on their distribution trucks.

There are many recyclable plastics out there... the hard part is finding a place that will take the particular plastic you want to recycle. And, so what if the bottles are recycleable... where did they come from? Are they made from recycled materials? Was the water harvested sustainably?

The problem is less with the plastic bottles being recyclable than buying water in the first place, because of the work involved to take care of them but also because it's linked to privatization of water, which is unethical most of the time...

100% recyclable plastic? I think that is true of most bottled water. And this doesn't address what it takes to make the bottles in the first place and ship 'em all over the world on their way to you... rather than just using the tap.
